Company must be listed (State Attorney General, Internet, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) in business name
Full Street Address (where corporate credit is established) of business must be provided – no P.O. Box addresses

Approval Criteria

Corporate credit must be established for two years
No unresolved tax lein
No unresolved bankruptcy
No open collection accounts
No outstanding negative rental history
No unresolved civil class judgements

If your application is approved, your deposit will be equal to one month's rent.
